I suggest using WS FTP LE or CuteFTP... right now ftp access is only available to people with a cable modem or better (and my friends). There's no ratio though, I believe in freely distributing mp3s... people have to have music.

Note: Unfortunately I cannot have the server running 24/7, so if you can't connect try again another time.
